As a **Residential Support Worker**, you will provide personal care, community access and person-centred supports to empower clients to develop independent living skills and live the life that they want
You will join a collaborative and supportive team, who will provide individualised training so you can best support our varied cohort of residents.

**About You?**:
Our ideal **Residential Support Worker** will be a strong communicator and be able to quickly develop rapport with people of varied abilities and diverse backgrounds.
You will meet the following requirements;
- Certificate IV in Disability Studies or be willing to undertake whilst working (paid placement opportunities available);
- Current First Aid Certificate with up-to-date CPR;
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain;
- Current NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate or willingness to obtain;
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain;
- All applicants for this role must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and meet the requirements of the genU Covid-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccinations during the recruitment process.
