Sippy Downs' new venue 'The Bower Tree' is currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Banking Attendant/Receptionist to join our friendly team.
As a member of our Guest Services and Administration team, you will be responsible for all facets of banking and reconciliations and welcoming our members and visitors, ensuring all guests receive outstanding hospitality on arrival and departure.
Banking and Reception Duties
* Cash handling, including reconciling Keno, POS Registers, Gaming, ATMs and EFTPOS Terminals and accurate recording of all relevant documentation.
* Prepare Daily Banking for the club.
* Efficient data entry, particularly with the use of Excel
* Membership applications and data entry
* Ensuring guests receive a warm greeting and Club entry information.
* Promoting Club services and products
Applicants would be available days from 7am weekdays and weekends over a 7-day roster.
Candidates will possess the following skills, attributes and qualifications.
* A "can do" attitude, excellent attention to detail & great customer service skills
* A friendly, outgoing personality and a high standard of personal presentation
* High-level interpersonal skills
* RSA certification
* Experience working in a receptionist and or banking role within the Hospitality industry is desirable.
* Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
