The Role
As our Sales & Finance Coordinator, you will be responsible for keeping new deals on track, ensuring accuracy in finance documentation, and supporting internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. This is a Full-Time position based in Underwood.
Your key responsibilities include:
New Deal Compliance & Finance Approval
* Review new deal paperwork and calculations for accuracy
* Ensure documentation meets efex business rules and funder requirements
* Lodge finance applications within required timeframes
* Coordinate with Purchasing and Deployment teams to progress orders to installation
Deal Settlements
* Prepare and submit settlement packs within 24 hours of installation
* Provide accurate billing information to internal teams
* Ensure settlements are completed without delays or rework
Contract Maintenance & Queries
* Maintain accurate customer and finance data across internal systems
* Support the Sales Team with finance-related queries
* Process contract novations with minimal disruption to clients
Communication & Coordination
* Keep trackers up to date and proactively follow up outstanding requirements
* Liaise with Sales, Operations, Deployment, and external funders
* Respond to general queries promptly to ensure great customer outcomes
About You
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
* Previous experience in an administration, finance, or sales support role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
* Excellent time-management and organisational skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (particularly Outlook & Excel)
* The ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
