Rehabilitation Consultant Role

* Manage complex caseloads with the assistance of rehabilitation assistants to minimize administrative tasks.
* Apply clinical knowledge to enhance return to work outcomes and improve employee health.
* Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs for employers and employees.
* Work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health experts.
* Conduct various assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills, such as Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.

Duties of the role include delivering virtual reality pain education programs and participating in case management, return to work planning, and workplace injury prevention initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualities:
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
* Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Accreditation with ESSA.
* Previous experience working in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded.
* Excellent communication, empathy, and time management skills are essential.
* A current valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle are required.
