What you'll be doing
* Handle and process meat products and carcasses on the production line.
* Inspect, weigh and sort items to fulfil customer orders while maintaining quality standards.
* Set up and operate production equipment, perform basic checks, and escalate faults.
* Rotate through roles such as cutting, packing, machine operation and cleaning to keep the line moving.
* Uphold stringent hygiene, food-safety and WHS standards at all times.
* Work early starts Monday through Friday
What we're looking for
* Physically fit and comfortable with manual/repetitive tasks in both chilled and warmer zones.
* A can-do attitude: reliable, punctual, team-orientated, with the ability to follow instructions and learn fast.
* Experience in meat processing, factory work or manual labour is a bonus - but absolutely not required. We provide full training.
* Pre-employment requirements include a medical assessment, Q-Fever vaccination (or proof of immunity), and completion of site induction.
