We are recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Canberra team, who will mentor and support emerging clinicians while enhancing your own leadership skills. You will be part of a multidisciplinary group of 13 allied health professionals and work with a varied NDIS caseload across developmental and acquired disabilities.
Day‐to‐day responsibilities
* Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse settings, from clients' homes to community venues.
* Build enduring relationships with clients and contribute to their long‐term progress.
* Innovate and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team on complex cases and new treatment approaches.
Qualifications
* Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited consideration under case‐by‐case review).
* A valid driver's licence and personal vehicle.
* NDIS, Working with Children, and Police checks (or willingness to obtain).
* Minimum 4 years post‐graduate experience as an OT.
* Onshore applicants seeking sponsorship will be considered.
