We are seeking a Digital Transformation Business Analyst to join our team.
* Analyse and evaluate existing business processes, systems, and operations to identify opportunities for improvement through digital solutions.
* Enhance efficiency, improve customer experiences, and deliver measurable business performance.
This is a full-time 18-month contract position based on a 38-hour work week. The role can be based in our Townsville Head Office or Brisbane Administration Office.
The successful candidate will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in a Business Analysis, project management or related discipline or equivalent work experience.
* Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and understand user needs.
* Familiarity with emerging technologies such as cloud computing, AI, and robotic process automation.
* Experience in business process modelling and digital transformation initiatives.
* Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
* Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.
* Pre-employment criminal history check and pre-employment credit history check.
