Monitoring club access
Handling inquiries and complaints
Explaining the Judgement Free Zone
Answering phone inquiries and taking messages
Giving club tours
Selling memberships and entering data
Operating POS system and managing accounts
Scheduling PE sessions
Maintaining the front desk
Member welcome calls
Daily cleaning and club walk-arounds
Club housekeeping and restocking
Starting and closing procedures
Supporting new team members
Maintaining the Black Card Spa
Experience/Qualifications
Customer service experience preferred
Certificate III in Fitness
Current First Aid and CPR certifications
Working with Children (WWC) certificate
Police check within the last 12 months
