About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-pressure environment and excels at delivering exceptional customer support.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers — managing bookings, coordinating repairs, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, insurance partners, and the workshop team.
* Manage front desk operations – answer and direct phone calls, greet walk-in clients, and provide outstanding customer service.
* Book customer vehicles for repairs and arrange hire cars when necessary.
* Provide regular updates to customers and insurance partners.
* Monitor and respond to administrative emails.
* Enter invoices and assist with financial functions in collaboration with the finance team.
* Support inventory management and ordering processes.
