About the Role Provide high level executive and business support, ensuring the provision of excellent customer focused service to the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, General Manager, Executive and Management Teams, as well as other stakeholders as required. Provide a full range of administrative support to the Executive Assistant to the General Manager Produce/assist with the preparation of letters, agendas, minutes and ensure all correspondence conform to the Council presentation, style, format and content protocols Assist with maintaining the General Manager’s calendar and liaise with relevant staff as required Skills & Experience Demonstrated and proven experience in providing high level and high-quality executive level support and dealing with confidential and/or sensitive information Strong computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and knowledge of record management systems (Technology One) Strong communication skills including collaboration, negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution.
