Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner - Operations to support our existing workforce and drive strategic HR initiatives across Western Sydney.
This newly created position offers a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to join a prominent operations and infrastructure business with offices spanning the region.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Provide dedicated end-to-end support, guidance, and services to the business region to achieve strategic outcomes.
* Support the business in performance management, remuneration reviews, promotions, transitions, and day-to-day human resource management.
* Assist with employee relations, including policy interpretation, workplace investigations, and complaint management.
* Develop engagement and retention strategies.
* Collaborate with the business on various strategic initiatives and projects.
* Cultivate an engaged, committed, and customer-centric workforce, fostering a culture where staff embrace change, demonstrate flexibility, and agility in their work.
About You:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in supporting executive leaders within a complex operations/infrastructure/manufacturing business.
You will possess expertise in change management and project management, as well as a passion for engagement, culture, and all aspects of the talent lifecycle.
A strong background in IR/operations would be highly advantageous.

What We Offer:
Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 + Super + Bonus
