Senior Property Accountant Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our financial department, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting for a portfolio of commercial properties.
Your primary duties will include:
* Preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly financial reports, including NOI variance analysis and CAPEX forecasts.
* Maintaining and reconciling property balance sheets and fixed asset registers.
* Business partnering - Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Additionally, you will support group reporting and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Commercial property experience is essential.
* Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
* CPA/CA qualified.
* Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial or retail property accounting.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
