Vehicle Coordinator Role
The Vehicle Coordinator position plays a vital role in ensuring the business has vehicles readily available to customers. This individual will be responsible for managing the fleet, ensuring cleanliness, servicing, and damage assessment prior to handing over the keys.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure all vehicles are cleaned, fueled, and charged.
* Maintain a neat and tidy carpark at the depot.
* Coordinate movement of vehicles to and from specified locations as required.
* Complete Inspection photos for vehicles (inbound, outbound)
* Inspect and review accident-repaired vehicles.
* Organise the depot daily – ensuring vehicles are parked appropriately and secure.
* Assist stakeholders with vehicle pickups – Service, Accident repairs.
* Ensure all vehicles are serviced on time and have necessary works completed.
* Receive and prepare new vehicles (installation of telematic devices)
* Assist in vehicle preparation for de-fleet (sale preparation)
Requirements:
* Australian Driver's License (must have)
* Comfortable commuting and working out of our Haberfield, Sydney Hub
* Intermediate level computer skills
* Strong can-do attitude with demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to ensure all compliance requirements are met
* Ability to go above & beyond in your role to assist the team and for customer satisfaction
* Previous customer service experience (desirable)
* Mechanical aptitude or reasonable understanding of motor vehicles(desirable)
