* Delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable moments for our guests
* Managing guest check-in and check-out, and accommodation reservations
* Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
* Providing information to guests about accommodation, rates, and amenities
* Cross-selling and upselling products and services
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of guests and teams, including food and beverage, concierge, housekeeping, maintenance, and spa.
What You Will Need
* Experience in front office reception in a 4-5 star hotel or resort environment
* Proficiency in PMS systems, Opera preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong administration and MS Office application skills
* Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
* Be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and confident with a positive attitude
