**Your new company**
Hays has partnered with a well known and respected construction company that specialise in large scale civil construction. With the growing demand in subdivisions across Ballarat, our client are seeking new members to assist with their on going projects.
**Your new role**
You'll be responsible for Civil labouring around earthworks, moving materials, spotting machinery and assisting where required you will demonstrate an adaptable approach to changing circumstances and hold a high regard for safety.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- OHS Construction Card
- Any industry related tickets or VOC
- reliable transport
- Experience on civil or infrastructure projects
**What you'll get in return**

- $30 - $37ph dependent on experience
- Weekly Pay Cycles
- Ongoing work with a view for permanency for the right person.
