Lara Hotel in regional Victoria is looking for an experienced full-time Cook/Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality meals in line with our menu and standards
Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen environment in compliance with food safety standards
Manage stock levels, minimize waste, and contribute to menu development
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
Lead by example with professionalism, time management, and consistency during busy periods
Salary $75,000 - $95,000 plus superannuation.
