About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Receptionist and Admin Support to join our growing team in Birtinya, Queensland. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional front-line service to our clients and supporting the broader administrative functions of the firm.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
- Scheduling and managing appointments and calendars
- Providing administrative support to the legal team, including file management, document preparation and data entry
- Assisting with the coordination of client meetings and events
- Contributing to the overall smooth running of the office
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
- Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
