Fleet Manager Position Overview
This role involves overseeing the operational management of equipment to ensure efficient and safe deployment.
Main Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls and record bookings accurately, ensuring data integrity.
* Collaborate with the Operations Team to reconcile dockets and maintain accurate records.
* C Coordinate with the Workshop Manager to schedule servicing of plant and equipment.
* Maintain lists of suppliers for subcontractors and cross hires.
* Schedule work using our internal system for fleet cost control.
* Generate job numbers in our accounting system.
* Process client orders, assigning operators as required.
* Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar role or administration/project management.
* Strong communication skills and computer literacy.
* Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
