About the role
Play a key role in a busy Real Estate practice, advising across a broad range of leasing matters, including:
* Retail leasing, renewals, variations, assignments and negotiations.
* Portfolio leasing support for landlords and asset managers.
* Project and development leasing for retail and mixed‐use sites.
* Drafting and negotiating leases and related documentation.
* Direct client engagement and day‐to‐day matter management.
The ideal candidate
* 5+ years' PQE and a strong leasing background (retail preferred).
* Excellent drafting skills and sharp attention to detail.
* Strong client relationship and stakeholder management capability.
* The ability to manage priorities, deadlines and competing workflows.
* Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
An interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members
