Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent the organization and its hotels at trade shows, industry events, and in communications with key stakeholders.
* Develop and execute annual business plans, coordinate trade training, and product familiarisations.
* Lead sales reporting, new business enquiries, and strategic feedback on pricing and market trends.
* Foster strong industry relationships to drive brand exposure and revenue growth.
Requirements:
* Proven success in tourism or hospitality sales with strong stakeholder management experience.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build high-impact relationships across government and commercial sectors.
* Commercial acumen with the ability to develop long-term strategic plans, drive revenue, and adapt in a fast-evolving market.
