About the Role
Wormall Civil is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
The Site Supervisor will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervising one or multiple projects simultaneously.
2. Managing construction crews of labourers, drainers, road builders, utility contractors, machine operators including selection and coordination of sub-contractors.
3. Organising materials & machinery and ensuring workforce, machinery & materials are in the right place, at the right time, meeting projects' requirements.
4. Allocate team member tasks and monitor work to ensure quality standards are always maintained.
5. Proactively manage site operations to ensure compliance to all practices, policies, procedures and in accordance with statutory and local Shire regulations.
6. Lead pre-start meetings and oversee machinery pre-start checks.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures;
8. Any other site leadership requirements that may arise.

* You should have excellent communication skills, being able to communicate well, with all levels of the project team, with employees and subcontractors on site.
* Your primary focus should be on safety, always complying with safety procedures.
* Strong organisational skills, with a good eye for detail.
* A solutions mindset and strong focus in delivering exceptional results to your customers.
* A people motivator; you make people want to do things better.
* Comfortable with technology and able to use standard programs such as MS Project, Excel, Word.
* Collaborative approach, willing to roll up your sleeves when needed.
