Human Resources Officer
This role is responsible for providing timely and effective HR services and support to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Human Resources principles and be able to coach and mentor leaders to improve the capabilities required to build a strong value-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR services and support to key stakeholders.
* Coach and mentor leaders to improve their capabilities.
* Support the development and delivery of the Human Resources yearly plan and initiatives such as Talent Acquisition and Retention, Succession Planning and Leadership Development.
* Manage and resolve workplace and disciplinary issues.
* Assist in coordinating employee performance review and development plans.
* Recruit and onboard new employees.
* Manage employee contracts and agreements, liaising with payroll.
* Utilize HR systems and reporting.
* Facilitate site onboarding of vocational students, graduate students and apprentices.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or relevant knowledge and experience in the Human Resources field.
* Strong communications skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Highly organized and solutions-focused.
* Excellent time management skills, ability to meet deadlines and plan ahead.
