Senior Salesforce Developer - Full Work Rights Required - 3 Days on site 2 Days WFH - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Option To Extend
Our client is a Lending Solutions provider of specialist residential and commercial lending products primarily focused on meeting the needs of the self-employed.
They work with a limited range of introducers selected for their expertise in the specialist lending market.

We are a growing national business and you will work with the broader IT team delivering projects and solutions that meet the requirements of the business within the overall timelines of the change programme.
A key project is implementing a new loan origination platform (Salesforce / nCino) for residential and commercial mortgages.
This is an opportunity to be part of a market-leading change from the beginning.
About you:
Ideally you will have :
- 3 – 5 years plus of Salesforce development experience
- Financial services industry experience
- Visualforce and APEX experience
- Salesforce platform developer certification
- Salesforce integration experience desirable
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, or equivalent field
- Strong technical background using the latest technologies
- Agile Experience and Mindset – robust understanding of TDD (Test Driven Development)
- Excellent understanding of object orientated languages
- Exposure to current application architectures
- Integration development using Web Services, REST, XML and JSON technologies
- Energy, driven and motivated to manage several project and priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Be a proactive problem solver who takes ownership for their work and its contribution to the business
Key Responsibilities of Role
- Implement the new origination platform that integrates with Salesforce
- Improve functionality and the processes in the business for Salesforce
- Design and deliver solutions which meet the requirements of the business within the overall timelines of the change programme
- Develop back end functionality to integrate multiple systems using industry standard integration technology
- Provide technical leadership and thought management towards our roadmap
- Work within the standards of quality, time and budget expected in a challenging, fast-paced agile driven work environment
