As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager you'll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance insights, and partnering with senior leaders to support data‐driven decision‐making.

Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry is highly desirable and will help you hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, long‐range planning, and financial modelling
* Deliver high‐quality analysis and insights to support strategic and operational decision‐making
* Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
* Develop and enhance financial dashboards, reporting tools, and KPI frameworks
* Oversee month‐end analysis, variance reporting, and management presentations
* Support investment cases, pricing decisions, and scenario modelling
* Contribute to process optimisation and systems improvements across finance
About You
Our ideal candidate for this position has skills and experience that includes:
* 10+ years' experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or related roles
* Strong financial modelling, analytical, and problem‐solving skills
* Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex information with clarity
* Experience in logistics and supply chain industry will be highly regarded but not mandatory
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning systems; exposure to BI tools is a plus
* Strategic mindset with a hands‐on approach and a passion for driving business performance
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, CPA.
