Jeffrey Earthworx is a Sunshine Coast–based civil and earthmoving company specialising in roadworks and civil infrastructure projects. With a strong pipeline of work and continued growth, we are looking to add reliable, skilled operators to our team.
We are currently recruiting for two positions:
Full-Time Excavator Operator
About the Role
* Full-time position with immediate start
* Works include roadworks, civil projects, and general earthworks
* Operating excavators, skid steers (posi tracks), and associated plant
* Work locations across the Sunshine Coast
* Day and night shifts available (Monday to Friday)
What We're Looking For
* Excavator ticket
* Skid steer ticket (or willingness to obtain)
* Construction White Card (QLD Induction)
* HC licence highly regarded
* Experience in roadworks or civil projects preferred
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team

Casual Truck Driver
About the Role
* Casual position with immediate start
* Driving tippers and supporting civil and roadworks projects
* Day and night shift work available
* Sunshine Coast–based projects
What We're Looking For
* HR-O/ HC licence (essential)
* Construction White Card
* Experience with tippers and civil sites preferred
* Reliable, safety-focused, and flexible availability
