The Role This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate with strong dispute resolution experience. You'll play a key role in handling various complex construction disputes, from litigation to international arbitrations, and providing strategic guidance to clients. Collaborating directly with clients and Partners in Brisbane and Sydney, you'll showcase your advanced document drafting and advisory skills. As an integral part of our high-performing team, you'll gain exposure to diverse industries and extensive construction law expertise. While the role is Brisbane-based, you'll have a national impact, assisting clients with their critical matters.
About you We seek a Senior Lawyer/Senior Associate with:
* Substantial dispute resolution experience.
* Strong academics.
* Exceptional expertise in construction law or commercial litigation.
* Ability to manage substantial disputes.
* Proficiency in Security of Payment legislation, including drafting submissions and evidence.
