Develop and own the end-to-end test strategy, plan, and schedule for SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Finance, Payroll, Procurement) Lead a cross-functional test team, assign tasks, and monitor performance metrics Design and review test artifacts, including test cases, data sets, scripts, and defect logs Coordinate functional, integration, regression, user acceptance, and product verification testing cycles Manage defect lifecycle, drive root-cause analysis, and facilitate timely resolution with development teams Collaborate with project managers, test analysts, SAP consultants, and vendors to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements Report test progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders and steering committees Skills & Experience
7+ years in software testing, including 3+ years on SAP S/4HANA projects Proven experience leading test teams in large-scale ERP implementations Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, Fiori, and core modules Skilled in test management tools (e.g. Jira, Xray) and automation frameworks Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Thank you for your interest, at Talenza we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity.
