The Opportunity
As an Internal Technical Sales professional, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales function by providing technical expertise, managing customer requirements, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and external clients.
This is a varied role that blends technical expertise, customer engagement, and sales coordination. Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems will be highly regarded.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting internal sales operations and maintaining accurate CRM data.

* Preparing quotes, proposals, and costings from drawings, samples, and design briefs.
* Acting as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.

About You
You are a technically minded and commercially aware professional who enjoys problem-solving and working closely with customers.
You will bring:
* At least 3 years' experience in sales, internal sales, or customer-facing technical roles.
* A background in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred) or strong technical aptitude.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Strong MS Office skills; experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP) is highly regarded.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
