If you're someone who finds purpose in helping others regain their footing and move toward long‐term wellbeing, this work will speak to you.**About the role**As a Case Manager, you'll be part of a small, committed team supporting men living in transitional housing. Your days will be varied and meaningful — listening, guiding, advocating, and helping participants take practical steps toward stability and independence.You'll build genuine relationships, create case plans together with participants, and help them connect with services, community supports, and opportunities that strengthen their future.
