Job Title: Front Desk Agent
Ambitious individuals are sought to join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Agent. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is nothing short of memorable.
We are looking for someone who is not only passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences but also has the skills and knowledge to handle all aspects of guest relations, from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
* Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
* Handle guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise
* Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and communications
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years experience in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale hotel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in computer systems such as Opera, Go Concierge, HotSOS, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
