The Job
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Ecommerce and Brand Manager to continue driving brand growth and deliver our customers a best-in-class digital experience. As our Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of our 6 direct-to-consumer stores, leading initiatives to grow traffic, boost conversion and drive customer retention, along with managing our CRM and Paid Media. This full-time role reports into our Marketing Director and is based in Brisbane, QLD, with flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the sales strategy and customer communications calendar to drive incremental sales
- Support the Marketing Director in the planning and execution of the marketing calendar and quarterly go-to-market plans
- Project manage all marketing campaigns
- Inventory management and forecasting
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to identify optimisation opportunities
- Manage our CRM and work with our Digital Designer to brief in and execute all email and SMS
- Lead the Paid Media strategy with execution and strategy support from the Growth Team
- Work with the Marketing Director, VP of Growth and VP of Product on the roadmap of site enhancements, innovations and compliance projects
- Support in the management of our TikTok Shop and Amazon stores
- Contribute to new product development that further establishes us as the global leader in self-tanner
Qualifications
- 5 years experience within a fast paced Ecommerce or Digital Marketing role
- Proficient in using Shopify, GA4 and Klaviyo
- Adaptable to changing priorities and meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to challenge the status quo for the benefit of customers and our business
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business or Communications
