About the Role:
As Brand Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing the annual brand plan to drive growth and profitability for our members. You’ll shape brand identity and market positioning, lead campaigns, and identify opportunities to strengthen brand equity. This role blends creative thinking with strategic and operational focus, ensuring all initiatives align with business objectives and deliver a consistent, impactful brand experience across every touchpoint.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Execute the annual IPA brand plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting growth for members.
* Support the planning, executing, and evaluating brand campaigns across various channels to increase brand visibility and consumer engagement.
* Execute the National Campaign Calendar including major leading national campaigns, IPA focused campaigns and media platform to drive revenue, build market share and ensure the success of the brand in the marketplace
* Ensure messaging is effective and should differentiate the offer in the market, capture the proper tone for the target audience and provide the franchise community with effective selling propositions and positioning
* Ensure that all products and marketing material conform to legal requirements; appropriate legal protection is in place for all product and promotion names
* Responsible for tracking and reporting on expenditures against the budget for IPA Brand
* Management of accurate and timely budget approvals and PO generation and tracking

Skills & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (eg Agency) – desired but not mandatory
* 3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably within a membership or multi-location business model.
* Experience in managing marketing campaigns and working with cross-functional teams.
* Advanced Microsoft Suite capabilities
* Advertising layout and key message delivery knowledge
* Data Analysis capabilities
* Extensive experience in a similar position, preferably in retail or franchising/member industry
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
