Job Description
In this role, you will be a key member of our close‐knit branch in Geraldton and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry. Typical Day
* Provide solutions and an in‐store experience that inspires our customers.
* Admin tasks such as managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects.
* Build relationships with suppliers to ensure margins are maintained.
* Respond to customer queries & make follow‐up calls.
* Maintain a well‐run storeroom and contribute to the overall look of the branch.
* Load & unload deliveries; pick, pack, dispatch orders; receive goods in/out; inventory & stocktake.
* Drive safely and abide by road rules at all times.
* Champion an already strong safety culture.
Qualifications
* Current valid Australian Driver's Licence.
* Exceptional attention to detail with previous stores/warehousing experience desirable.
* Current forklift licence desirable.
* You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
* Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
* Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded – otherwise we will provide product training.
