What You'll Do Manage and process customer reimbursementsProvide administrative and facilities supportIdentify opportunities to improve processes and service deliverySupport and liaise with the repairer networkCoordinate assessment bookings and ensure correct claim routingAssist with assessment and towing queries from customers, repairers, and internal teamsHandle quote management and related administrative tasksCoordinate post-assessment and repair activities for customersRecommend improvements based on day-to-day role experience What You'll Bring Experience in Motor Claims or Claims (motor repair or towing coordination experience highly valued)Working knowledge of ClaimCenter and solid computer skills (MS Office Suite)Strong multitasking and time-management capabilitiesHigh attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressureExcellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiencesSound customer and commercial judgement to positively influence business outcomes Chase the Sun - Apply online today
