The role
Multhana Property Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to drive growth within our commercial cleaning division.
This role is suited to a sales professional with a minimum of two year’s experience who understands relationship-based selling, thrives in a target-driven environment, and is confident engaging with facility managers, site supervisors, body corporates and corporate clients.
Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, conducting site walkthroughs, preparing proposals, and closing contracts. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint across commercial, industrial, education and infrastructure sectors.
Key responsibilities
* Build and manage a strong pipeline across target sectors (end users, facility managers, property/strata managers and procurement)
* Proactively generate new opportunities (networking, outreach, referrals, warm leads)
* Run discovery meetings and site inspections to understand scope and client needs
* Prepare and present proposals, pricing and service solutions (and tenders where required)
* Negotiate commercial terms and close sustainable, profitable contracts
* Maintain accurate activity, forecasting and opportunity notes in the CRM
* Coordinate handover and mobilisation with operations to ensure a strong start and high client satisfaction
About you
* 2+ year’s sales experience in commercial cleaning, facilities, soft services, maintenance or similar
* Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and winning longer-term contracts
* Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills
* Commercial mindset: understands pricing, margin and delivery realities
* Disciplined and organised with strong follow-up habits and CRM hygiene
* Current driver’s licence, vehicle and willingness to meet clients on-site
