Accounting Support Role
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our support team in Ballarat.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and receivable, with experience in maintaining account records, completing reconciliations, and preparing bank deposits. They will also be responsible for assisting with report preparation, ensuring accurate data entry, and meeting compliance requirements.
About the Role:
* Maintain and monitor account records
* Complete reconciliations and prepare bank deposits
* Assist with report preparation
* Provide timely and quality administrative support
Requirements:
* Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
* Strong communication and customer skills
* Strong IT skills with Microsoft office, Word, and Excel
* Organisational skills with the ability to multitask
* Ability to work independently with strong initiative
