About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and executing repairs and maintenance on specialized fleet equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Fully engage with our safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks on LP & HP compressors, pumps, nitrogen generation equipment and dryers as per established regime.
* Accurately record all repair and maintenance work carried out to ensure accurate tracking of equipment performance.
* Liaise with suppliers to acquire technical knowledge, request quotations for parts and negotiate best prices.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members including apprentices.
