The Role: Assistant Store Manager
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Bras N Things Fountain Gate Store.
This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.
* You lead by example by creating memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections.
* You've assisted in training and developing your team to help deliver store budgets and KPIs.
* Previous experience with visual merchandising in-store execution.
* Managing high stock volumes; you're happy to get hands-on with processing deliveries.
* Collaborate with the Store Manager on operational and ad hoc tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include:
* Liaise with customers to create an exceptional shopping experience.
* Assist in delivering store budgets and KPIs through effective teamwork and communication.
* Develop and maintain strong visual merchandising skills, ensuring an engaging in-store environment.
* Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in managing high stock volumes.
* Contribute to the success of the store by collaborating with the Store Manager on operational and ad-hoc tasks.
