Full time Temp to Perm Part Time Reception role | $30-35 per hour

**About the Role**
**This is a temporary to permanent role that will commence after Easter.**
The role will run for a **minimum of 3 months** and has potential to extend.
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday - 8:30am - 3pm
Wednesday and Friday - 8:30am - 1pm
- You must be available during these times._
**Responsibilities**
Working as an integral part of the team, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
- Answer and respond to all reception calls
- Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Manage room bookings
- Organise catering for meetings and events
- Manage mail, printing, scanning and filing
- Maintain office supplies
- Arrange travel for staff as necessary
- Various ad-hoc duties as per directed
**Skills / Experience**
The ideal individual will have at least relative experience as a Corporate Receptionist. The ideal individual will also have:
- Computer literate to intermediate level including (MS office suite & internet)
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Friendly and enthusiastic approach to work
- Strong written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising sound judgement

This company have grown significantly over the last 24 months and is a common household name. They have operations out of VIC, NSW, QLD and WA. They are seeking a Receptionist to join their Dandenong South office. This role will be varied in nature and will expose you various internal and external stakeholders relevant to the business.
