To support our ongoing growth, we're seeking a proactive Accounts/Office Manager to handle the financial and admin heartbeat of our operations. This dynamic role blends bookkeeping, payroll, project support, and office management – ideal for a detail-oriented multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
In this pivotal role you will:
* Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
* Process payroll and superannuation (weekly)
* Process supplier invoices and manage Accounts Payable
* Prepare and send client invoices (including uploading to customer portals)
* Manage progress claims for large-scale projects, working closely with the Project Manager
* Follow up overdue accounts with clients and manage Accounts Receivable
* Provide ad-hoc financial reporting and administrative support to the project and leadership team
* Assist with general office management and administrative tasks as required
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
* Proven payroll experience
* Strong Xero and MYOB experience is essential
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* SimPRO experience is highly desirable (or similar service/job management software)
* A high attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple initiatives
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
* A willingness to adapt, learn and grow with a family-owned business
* A positive, can-do attitude and a good sense of humour
* Full-time role, Monday–Friday, based in our Richlands office
