Organisational Design Support Officer Branch: Organisational Design Division: People Services Salary: Level 3, $86,439 - $92,795 per annum (pro-rata) (PSCA ****) Work Type: Permanent - Full Time FTE: Location: East Perth Closing Date: ************:30 PM Attachments: - This is a permanent full-time position commencing ASAP The Organisational Design branch provides an organisational design consultancy to align job design and organisational structures with operational needs and strategies.
Our team's activities include: developing and classifying job description forms change management support for employment structure shifts developing competency frameworks promoting public sector job design principles at a system level.
The Role The Organisational Design Support Officer plays a key role as first point of contact to a portfolio of clients on a range of human resources processes.
The officer provides general advice and support and delivers customer focused services to support the team, including a focus on managing the HR inbox and reception phoneline.
The position manages the HR system database and works closely with the Senior Consultant on HR matters, system improvements and business operations.
The successful applicant will provide a range of administrative and executive support to projects and is pivotal to the smooth operations of the business unit.
