Job Description
* Handle inbound and outbound calls
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and payments.
* Provide high-quality customer service while adhering to company policies and procedures.
* Work collaboratively with the team to meet collection targets and deadlines.
* Identify and elevate complex cases to the relevant departments for resolution.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines in the Financial Services industry.
* Assist in implementing strategies to improve collection efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous experience in a customer service role or call centre environment
* Strong communication and confidence over the phone
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and account management.
* Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to meeting targets.
