About the role
Vasse Pest Control is seeking a full-time Pest and Weed Technician to join our team in the South West. As a Pest and Weed Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pest and weed control services to our diverse client base.
What you'll be doing
* Conducting thorough inspections to identify and treat pest infestations
* Applying appropriate pest control methods, including the use of pesticides and other integrated pest management techniques
* Providing expert advice and recommendations to clients on pest prevention and control measures
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all pest control activities
* Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
What we're looking for
* Fully Qualified or Provisional Pest Control Technician (no experience required)
* Strong technical knowledge of pest biology, control methods and industry regulations
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide professional and reliable advice
* Good physical fitness and the ability to work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments
* A valid C driver's licence
* Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
* A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental responsibility
