High-Performing Deputy Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to fill the role of Deputy Principal at our esteemed institution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Year 3-6 portfolio, including the transition program from Primary to Secondary Education. They will work closely with the Principal to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focused on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Lead the Year 4-6 cohort and implement actions related to enrolment, attendance, behaviour and assemblies.
* Oversee line management of Specialists, Instrumental Music program, PBL, Timetable, Surveys, Reporting, RI coordinator, Yr 6 Transitions, and other roles as delegated by the principal.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to contribute to educational outcomes at the school level. A current Queensland Government employee, they will have a Working with Children Clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services.
