The Role Given their recent growth trajectory, the business are looking to bring their payroll in-house for the first time, which would see you reporting into the Financial Controller and working closely with their Financial Accountant + outsourced service provider to build internal processes and begin to run payroll in a standalone role with scope for growth within the role to occur long term, in line with businesses growth.
