We seek an experienced Injury Management Consultant (IMC) to join our growing team within the Perth and surrounding areas. Candidates need a genuine desire to help and support injured workers and uphold Working Life's values.
The job involves:
1. Full or part-time work.
2. Managing a varied caseload of injured workers, including pre-claim support, WA Workers Compensation & Motor-Vehicle Insurance claims.
3. Supporting injured workers to adjust to their injury and return to meaningful employment, including early intervention (EarlyCare) and workplace rehabilitation services (WPR).
4. Managing an appropriate caseload volume to ensure proactive engagement and quality service provision.
5. Engaging with clients and stakeholders collaboratively to facilitate timely RTW.
6. Providing services such as Workplace Job Analysis, Functional, Ergonomic and ADL Assessments, Vocational & Psychological Assessments, and project work.
7. Contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

Critical skills and experience required include:
* Qualifications and accreditations such as Exercise Physiologist (ESSA), Occupational Therapist (AHPRA), Psychologist (AHPRA), Physiotherapist (AHPRA), Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC), and/or Nurse (AHPRA).
* Minimum 3 years of workplace rehabilitation experience.
* Proven ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and manage stakeholders.
* Evidence of proactive injury management experience.
