You’ll be helping customers book their dream holidays - from Portuguese river cruises on the stunning Douro river, to Italian Amalfi Coast adventures and everywhere in between.

Day-to-day, you’ll:
* Build genuine relationships with customers planning overseas adventures
* Provide quotes and create tailored travel packages
* Hit (and celebrate!) weekly and monthly sales targets
* Deliver exceptional customer service from first chat to departure
* Upsell extras like insurance, tours, and accommodation
* Ensure every travel package is booked accurately and runs smoothly
About you:
* A true travel lover - maybe you’ve worked in the industry, backpacked, or explored the world yourself
* Proven sales and customer service experience
* Confident communicator who connects easily with people
* Goal-driven with a passion for achieving results
* Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
* A team player with a positive attitude and great energy
