The Role You will be responsible for the delivery of IT services, optimising the performance of IT operations by working closely with service delivery teams, analysing operational performance, and recommend strategies to ensure continuous improvement. You will focus on: Improving service desk operations Streamlining processes Managing vendor contracts Documenting and managing IT assets Change Management Developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and enhance the effectiveness of IT services. On offer is the opportunity to work alongside the Head of IT to drive change in a growing organisation within a newly created role. This position offers hybrid working solutions, with an expectation of attending the office 3 days a week. Your Profile You will have extensive experience in delivering IT solutions and services, having led IT Operations and operated within ITIL environments to drive process optimisation and performance management. You will have proficiency in process mapping and continuous improvement within a large, complex environment and lead change. Working closely with service desk operations to identify trends, maintain knowledge bases and analysing metrics is also experience you will bring. ITIL certification would be beneficial.
