Project Coordination Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of our capital expenditure program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and coordinate project timelines, resources, budgets, and stakeholders across multiple projects and sites
* Monitor project progress, risks, and compliance standards
* Prepare and coordinate documentation including reports, schedules, budgets, and business cases
* Provide hands-on support to internal and external stakeholders and delivery partners
* Build strong relationships with government departments, contractors, Station Managers, and leadership teams
* Keep projects on track by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance
* Assist in the negotiation and implementation of land access agreements and handle approvals
Project Overview
This role plays a critical part in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of our capital expenditure program. This includes infrastructure upgrades, sustainability initiatives, and land access management for our properties.
