About the Role
They are seeking an experienced
Contracts Coordinator
to join their project delivery team on a permanent basis. This role will support the commercial and contractual aspects of major projects, ensuring procurement and contract processes run smoothly from tender through to completion.
Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Coordinating procurement activities including RFQs, tendering, and supplier evaluation
- Managing contract administration across the full project lifecycle – from award to closeout
- Preparing and administering contract correspondence, including variations, claims, and extensions of time
- Monitoring supplier and contractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Supporting project delivery teams with commercial and contractual advice
- Developing procurement reports and dashboards for senior management
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in procurement and contract administration, ideally within the energy or large infrastructure sectors
- Robust knowledge of contract law, terms & conditions, and claims management
- Proven experience with EPC/EPCM and equipment supply contracts
- Ability to interpret scopes of work, technical specifications, and commercial documentation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and supplier relationship management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
Highly Regarded
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or Engineering
- Professional certifications (CIPS, MCIPS, CPM)
- Experience working on renewable energy or BESS projects
- Exposure to international procurement and logistics
